How to link your ID Card with Printers

Within DMS you are able to link your ID Card with the printers, allowing you to quick log in to release prints.

This article explains how to link your card to your account on the printer

  1. First tap your card on the printer
  2. Now log in using the same details that you log into a PC with
  3. Now tap your card again on the printer, which should log you out

You card will now be assicated with your account and the next time you tap the card it will log you straight in.

If you have had a replacement card your old one will need to be deleted before you can link a new one. If the above process doesn't work please contact ICT and we can assist.
