Senso - Classroom Device Monitoring - Drybrook
Senso can be used by classroom staff to monitor the Chromebook devices being used by your class.
Launching Senso
Login with your Google Account.
All Teachers and Teaching Assistants have been given access. You will then see Drybrook School Chromebook Trolley on the left hand panel. Select this to view the Chromebooks (shown in green with the student name when they are logged on)
Using Senso
Select your class from the list on the left hand side of Senso. Your students will be shown in List View by default
Select Thumbnail view to view the tiled screens
You have a number of tools in Senso for controlling and sending data to the devices. For example, Block Web, Lock Screen, Send File, Send Msg, Control.
However, before using these tools you MUST tick the device/student(s) in the List or Thumbnail view before sending the command
If you would like further support or training in using Senso, or if you spot that some computers are not connecting, please contact ICT Support.
