Senso can be used by classroom staff to monitor the PCs, laptops or Chromebook devices being used by your class. This is available to you on both Dene Magna School and Sixth Form sites. It works by linking with Google Classroom to allow you to see the devices the students in the Google class are working on.
NOTE: Senso is not currently available in ICT1, ICT2 or ICT3. Impero is installed in here instead.
Launching Senso
Login with your Google Account.
Anyone set as a Teacher in a Google Classroom Class (this can be any member of staff e.g. Teaching Assistants) will then have their Google Classes showing in the left hand side of the Senso portal under "My Google Classes". See an example here:-

Select your class from the list on the left hand side of Senso. Your students will be shown in List View by default

You have a number of tools in Senso for controlling and sending data to the devices. For example, Block Web, Lock Screen, Send File, Send Msg, Control.
However, before using these tools you MUST tick the device/student(s) in the List or Thumbnail view before sending the command
How to Delete a Google Class from the Senso list

NOTE: You MUST also archive the class in Google Classroom, otherwise it will sync overnight and reappear in Senso.
