Student Email Addresses by Class - Bromcom Report


If you need to bulk invite students to a Google Classroom you can use a Bromcom Quick Report to find the student emails

In Bromcom select Reports > Quick Report > Quick Report



Scroll down to find Student email and tick it
Click on the Right hand arrow to add it as a column to the report




Slide the button on "Advanced Mode", then click on the "+" and choode "Add Group Information"




Select your "Subject" e.g. ICT by clicking in the box and selecting from a list
Select "Membership Attributes" and choose "Group Description"
Click "Add"



Switch OFF Advanced Mode

Click in the 3 lines in the Year Group Name
Select the Year Groups needed

Click in the 3 lines in the Class Group Description
Select the Classes needed




Select Actions > "Export to Excel"



You can use the the Excel sheet to copy and paste the list of students into the Google classroom invite
