My Concern Login Issues
My Concern (The Safeguarding Company) have made some changes to the areas to login to for Reporting concerns which has been giving some access/permissions.
To resolve the issue the the cache in the browser needs to be cleared as follows:-
In Chrome:-
Click on the 3 dots in the browser for the menu
Choose Settings
Select Privacy and Security
Select Delete browsing data
Choose the following setting and click Delete data
This should correct the issue and allow you to login to My Concern
