Google Classroom - Unable to open classroom or content
Unable to open classroom or content
We have had a student come in with not being able to access their homework at home for certain subjects, this is evident with the below symptoms, below also is the fix for this issue
Symptoms
- When at school, everything will open as normal
- When at home, nothing will open normally, for example, French Homework will not open
Fix
- Log into chromebook as student
- Go to the menu at the bottom right
- Open settings, click on the settings cog button
- Under "settings" on the left, click "Apps"
- Under "Apps", click "Manage your Apps"
- Select "Google Classroom" app
- Set the option "Open Support Links" to "Open in chrome browser"
