3CX - Setup Working Hours

3CX - Setup Office Hours


To stop you from appearing as "Not registered" in 3CX please setup your office hours using the instructions below:

1. Open 3CX in browser or the app.
2. Click on Settings in the left hand pane.


















3. Click on "Call Forwarding", then "Schedule".




4. Click "This extension uses specific office hours".
5. Then click "add" under each day of the week you work, setting up your start and end time.
6. Make sure "Automatically switch status to Available during office hours" is selected.
7. Click Team in the top left to return to the main screen.
